Great friendly service

My Sony TV was stuck in a frustrating restart loop, but Peter did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and identifying that the main board needed replacing.
It took some time for the replacement board to arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait. Once installed, Peter completed the software update, and the TV is now working perfectly again.

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT

My TV broke and i needed to decide to i scrap the TV and buy a new one or get it repaired. I found these guys on the internet and spoke to someone that evening and he said send me some money and i will send someone tomorrow. My normal instinct would be to run a mile, but i figured for £70, what the hell. I paid the money and someone turned up and told me the motherboard had gone. A new one was ordered and within 3 days it was installed and up and running. Very effecient

Absolutely rapid – mainboard was fried, replaced it and put the tv back up in about 15mins. Also both took off their shoes before entering which was nice. Called them on a Monday, came the next day.

Our tv failed and it looked terminal! Peter came on a call out and, although unable to fix it onsite took it away and repaired it to a high standard. LG LED issue

LG TV had LED issue since January and have tried some many ways to fix it which yield no result until I was told to contact Peter. He came over to my place less than 24 hours since I called him. He done a great job getting my tv to turn on again. Fantastic service and could not fault it one single bit. Peter was friendly, down to earth and kept to his words. Will be coming here in future for anything else.

I’ve just had a fantastic service from this company.
My TV packed up last night. I’m quite good at fixing things if possible, but I couldn’t get it working again.
I called TV Repair Expert this morning. No one was there to take my call but Peter called me back after about half an hour.
He arranged to come this afternoon.
He came when he said he would, diagnosed the problem immediately, and took the TV to the workshop to repair it. He called this evening to say it was ready and personally delivered it on his way home this evening.
Such a professional and efficient service.

My TV broke and I really struggled to find someone that has reasonable prices….I came across this company on Google. I got an appointment the next day. So quick! The guy who came over was so kind and friendly and I felt very safe. I was treated with nothing but respect! I spent £500 on my TV and worked hard to get it and was so sad about it breaking down on me suddenly but, these guys really are experts and know what they are doing. He fixed my TV! If you are someone on a low income or/and have children this is the company for you! Most people won’t have the extortionate amount other companies are asking for just lying around! Their prices are amazing! The quality of their work is great! I HIGHLY recommend these guys!

Where to start!…Peter a true professional, providing a professional service!

Peter was punctual and accurate with my TV diagnosis and repair. My TV backlight wasn’t working and provided no picture. I recently experienced a bad repair service on the very same TV a few weeks prior. I asked peter to fix the tv, advise on the bad works that had already been carried out by the other tv repairs i had already used.

He provided a collection and drop-off service same day for a competitive price. Explained and provided images of the bad repair that had been carried prior. Confirmed a price prior to work being carried and returned the TV that same night.

I have had the TV repaired for nearly two weeks now – no problems!

On a £700.00 JVC new HD Blah blah.
The lightning damaged it.
I was ready to go and buy a new one.

Call out and labour £70.00
Plus parts.

Brilliant service and excellent price

We are too quick to criticise but never quick to compliment. Peter and the company deserve all the praise they get. Called the company and was greeted by Peter. I explained the problem and he knew straight away what was wrong and explained the TV would need to go into the shop. I asked for a price and he promised to call back after checking the price of the parts. 5 minutes later I got a call and told the total cost. Very very reasonable.
He arrived on time, picked up the TV and left me with the receipt and promised to drop the TV back the next day.
Next day he let me know what time he was expecting to be there, arrived on time and put everything back in place, powered it up and checked to make sure it was all working before he left
